I do not currently accept insurance for any of my offerings. However, I am able to offer a superbill at the end of each month. This superbill can be submitted to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement for our sessions. If you would like to have a superbill provided to you, please discuss with me.

Is Brainspotting a separate offering, or can it be included in my individual sessions?
Brainspotting (BSP) can certainly be included in your individual sessions for no additional fee! For clients who choose to include BSP within their sessions, we typically use it as a technique most sessions, every other session, or on an as needed basis.
Is hypnotherapy a separate offering, or can it be included in my individual sessions?
A full hypnotherapy session typically takes more time than a 50-minute session would allow for. Therefore, they often require a 90 or 120 minute session. However, there is some hypnotherapy work that can be done within a 50 minute session. Many of clients begin with some hypnotherapy components within a 50 minute session, then move to a longer session once or twice a month, depending on how often we meet.
Do you have evening or weekend availability?
I currently offer evening availability on Monday through Thursday evenings. Weekends are typically kept open for make up sessions or last minute "crisis" sessions if needed.
