The journey through life rarely, if ever, takes us on a straight and direct path. There are many twists and turns, detours and switchbacks, all which work together to lead us to our true purpose. My story is no different. 

While I have been a helper and healer from a young age, often serving as the go-to confidant, space holder, listener, and advice giver for many people in my life, I began to fully discover and develop these parts of me around 2015. While leaving my previous job in the wedding and event planning industry, I was led to pursue a profession in clinical counseling, focusing on the impact and healing of trauma for women.

However, throughout my time in graduate school and within the first few years of my career as a counselor, I found myself continually gravitating toward more holistic approaches of healing and expanded states of consciousness - hypnotherapy, past life regressions, breathwork, energy work, meditation, crystal healing, and much more. As I dove deeper into these holistic approaches myself, as well as in my work with others, I have witnessed how they reach deeper into healing and growth than is possible through clinical alone. 

This is my purpose, my dharma - to care, to connect, and to nurture people on a soul level within their personal and spiritual journeys while bringing them together in community. Nothing is more healing than the true magic and divine interactions that comes from soul connections. It is within this transformation work that we all align with our truest selves and open up to deeper relationships with all around us.
